DEPOSITS: Deposits vary according to the hunt you choose. We will let you know at the time of your booking the amount that is required. Deposits should be received within 15 days of booking in order to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Deposits for any of the hunts are non-refundable but may be transferred to another hunt the following year (some conditions apply). Late arrival or early departure charged for full time reserved.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, traveler's checks, VISA & MC for final payment. Final payment due upon arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 1:00 pm on Saturday & check-out is 8:00 am on Saturday.

We reserve the right to arrange cabins according to group sizes. Every attempt will be made to provide you with any special requests.
